    the retirement home industry in nz has certainly been good for shareholders. if INA has the same approach, and the quality of service etc, etc, then MVT is a winner for us

    we have to see a premium on top of NPV as we grow bigger and investment advisers take notice of the potential.

    however, there must be other situations to rationalise for us
