2 months ago TRS was trading at $17.13 just before an almighty single daily fall, you tried to catch a falling knife, an amateur move, just like Massey on NEN.
You still held TRS from $11.75 down through $10, a more than -15% move against you, yet held.
You may have got out on some bounce, but its nearly at $9 after 2 months, a nearly 50% drop in 8 weeks, or - 300% annualised rate.
Have you ever heard property dropping 50% in 8 weeks? Never Plenty of time to sell on the way down if you have to get out of property.
It doesn't TANK overnight like stocks or suddenly go into VA. There are so many recent examples it not funny.
Imagine putting all your equity in a TRS or NEN or BCC or FGE etc etc after selling a PPOR. That's what some bears do here, gambling on red or black...all or nothing.
Some advice here, especially by Massey is more than dangerous to your bank balance.
