My interest is that the laws and rules are poor and added to extremely poor design roads forced through and dumb rules like helmet rules in Australia all we see if lycra cyclists. These lycra cyclists are totally different to the cycling in other countries where it is a community activity.
Why not have your car lic plate on a bike so points can be deducted from car lic?
If you want to know how silly it gets look up Lisa Mentha who is suing a council . It is also on the same video feed from nine. Followed up by a Rachel Wilson who was allegedly assulted by a lycra cyclist with road rage.
