The bottom line is there is another month of shorting on the horizon based on no news and the serious fact that Kar will be out of money if no JV to pay for Santos drill, which will mean a capital raise or other finance options. So the shorters are betting on that scenario. They will be able to buy cheaper on a CR in May than at todays market price. The only thing that will save us from this is a timely JV. Cash at hand is $110m.
This will be a helluva ride and a very close call IMO.
You come up with a better play-out of the situation in the next two months.!!
