from Chart, it's likely moving low to 2.19 around slowly.
It's divdend issue in early May? If so, if when price hit 2.19 then issue div., price will go back to 2.0 then pull up again.
It was good for me to sell @ 2.78 as I estimated its top @2.80, see how its next move.
