"During the 3/13/14 webinar to develop the Ross Project Programmatic Agreement (PA), we discussed comments provided by Strata, BLM, ACHP, and SHPO on the Draft PA. I have attached the current version of the PA, which reflects the changes that we made or accepted during yesterday’s webinar. I have flagged those items in the PA that require further review or input, as discussed during yesterday’s webinar. Please provide your final comments or input to the group on or before next Wednesday 3/19/14. We would like to resolve any remaining comments by the end of next week and we anticipate that this can be done without any additional webinars."
