I cannot see what a " statute of limitations" has to do with MBN since a baby class action has been started already.

Anyone could see when a company has fallen from a few dollars to 1.6 cents then there is MASSIVE risk.

I definately feel sorry for anyoine who held from $2.00 down to 1.6 cents, but all that time no one made a noise about the massive decline in teh SP.
But when the punters arrive at 1.6 cents and things dont turn out theer is all these sily allegations.

Its over and imo nothing untoward will be found except horrible market forces against a company that had huge expense in its mining operations coupled with a possible management unable to see the disaster unfolding.

If this was the case re management, how is it that teh people of Australia have not started a CLASS ACTION against the ALP (Australian Labor Party) for 6 years of complete and utter waste of taxpayers money ????HMMM interesting dont you think

Please unswer these questions, that class action imo will get thrown out with nothing untoward, its just unfortunate market forces and managment that tried hard but drowned in a sea of high production costs, falling resource prices and the like.
