    Why they renewed the lease? I can't say. But why they haven't pursed the gas exploration on this permit is a more interesting question. Particularly considering the size and position of the site.
    I believe shareholders need answers to these questions.
    Most shareholders are in this stock because of pep11, and not the other activities that they are focusing on.
