40c options not excercised and lapsed, page-3

the shares are trading at 10c

whilst it would have been great to see them excercised at 40c.........that was never going to happen.

so it has removed 40m shares from the share register.

it has removed the risk of share dilution for existing shareholders.

it could be viewed either way......disappointment of not being taken up or happiness at the shares NOT being issued.

Since i am a holder...... i am happy my shares have not been diluted.

there are roughly 250m shares on issue.......40m would have been a big dilution.

there are still some which lapsed yesterday as well with an excercise rice of 60c and $1

until we hear about them....they might have been excercised.
