It wont matter soon - I believe management a VERY confident that the flows will be commercial and a Farm in partner will be sourced on favorable terms after they demonstrate this.
The stock will be 10 cents at that point so I wouldn't worry whether buyers step on on a daily basis. They will come thick and fast soon and it will race back to and beyond 10 cents.
As you suggested it looks like whoever had to drop there shares has finished and the stock can quickly move back up again.
