I was a shareholder of CCU which has gone into administration on 18/3/14 after being unsuccessful in raising $8m to repay CBA SO I lost the lot.

DML is a lot bigger for me I have just over $1/4m invested.


CCU, Paul Bibby pulled the plug quickly when shareholder didnt participate in SPP. I know the law is not to trade when insolvent but I thought they held 813,000 cash 30/12/14 (End first half)

Would love to go out on weekends but my entire imcome is from stock market and last 18mths have felt the squeeze.

How about China purchase of 100m t stockpile of Iron ore sitting in ports.Mind you they make over 30m t of steel per month.They might require large stockpile especially when new administration is changing credit conditions in China.

If management is unsuccessfull in finding aternate funding remembering we defaulted on 31/12/13 and it is now mid March.Then Administrators will be called in.

How Jeremy Reed views us small shareholders I dont know but from what I experienced with CCU if we dont support board then we get dumped quickly.

I was told Resources were heading for bust 12 months ago and am now in the thick of it!!!
