saintstok, agree with ya, bailed out at 19c(pre consolidation), lost about 70% of capital in the diversified property fund, and now....get a love letter from Aspen Parks saying units have been written down from a dollar to 57cents, this is only a few months after dropping from $1.19 A festival of errors for years!!! So, lessons learnt from investing in unlisted trusts....and....never ever go near Aspen again!! Write down after write down, it just never stops, now i'm trying to salvage what i can from the parks fund before it vanishes completely. When i lose money myself, i have to kick my own butt....but these blokes have extracted a lot of management fees from me and others, and what did we get for it???
