Hi no unfortunately

I got the same email error reply, obviously that's shut down.

We should push for the appropriate legal course of action somehow. They mislead investors over the resource valuations, (fact) and apologised for it to the market, blamed previous directors but the damage was done

Can't believe what a debarcle this has been, we need to try and pursue the directors so they don't get away with this, but how?

Their website no longer works either

Are these still the actual, proper listed directors for the company?

Mr Yuzheng Xie (Non Exec. Chairman)
Mr Stephen Woods (Executive Director)
Mr John Arbuckle (Non Exec. Director)
Mr Alok Joshi (Non Exec. Director)

If so how do we pursue them through the correct steps of course, so we hold them accountable

Stephen Woods was only appointed as an Executive Director in Dec 2013, just 4 months ago, so I'm surprised this has gone to the can as quickly as it has, and surely he would be one worth chasing down and talking to for a start?
