IF, and that's a big if. any pieces of the plane are ever found, agree Australia would be the best choice to collect and assess any salvaged remains. Closest and least likely place for any investigation to be corrupted.
Quite farcical search and investigation. Nearly all information would have been known/available within the first 48 hrs, yet was released in dribs and drabs over a two week period? Latest satellite imagery that looks like it was shot with a Kodak 110 instamatic camera. Appears to be a web of lies, misinformation and lethargy on behalf of search co-ordinators. Are we to believe that plane flew for a period of time, after last known contact? Are we to believe that plane flew at low level, under the radar? Are we to believe that planes engines sent out several 'signals'? Three weeks now, and no real sign that this 'plane ever existed. If it suffered a high altitude break up, some trace of it would have been found weeks ago. The lack of any debris, can only be attributed to 1) There is no debris, as the plane landed somewhere, intact. 2) Any debris has been cleaned up, and disposed of.
Why was this 'plane "the one" to disappear? Was it the cargo or the passengers that were of interest? Did the recent wing repairs cause a sudden and catastrophic failure of the plane. Is one of, or both the pilots, responsible for the planes disappearance? Many questions, will there ever be any answers?
