OZ Minerals are not a charity organisation. Their overnight raid on Sandfire resulted in them securing a 19.9 % stake

Big companies like OZ Minerals are no knights in shining armour out to protect others. They look after themselves. They like to control and having a minority interest is not the norm. They like to control not just participate.

That is what troubles me about their static investment in Sandfire and the reason they have not gone into takeover mode.
