DD,
I understand your frustration about the losses but you are giving false hope to people by making statements that aren't true:
1. Suspended companies must still comply with ASX continuous disclosure rules.( You said they suspended the company to avoid continuous disclosure)
2. Have you noticed the 14 announcements on updates and quarterly reports that were issued by the company since it was suspended!! This doesn't count all the other administrative type announcements. ( You said they kept shareholders in the dark)

By all means protect your rights but do it based on facts not emotions and everyone will be better off.
