Yes I did know it was there right to take all of the monies on offer, how-ever the market thought it was capped @700k, so with a very tight demand this was always going to be over subscribed, what was the kicker they didn't announce any thing to the market suggesting they would take all that was on offer until they had banked the $3m plus that was the start of what I call a very underhanded play

MDO dumping there shares...Well I take it you haven't been trading for long to guess why a major S/H that would be very well in the loop is cutting its cloth accordingly, these theories that they need the cash now for other ventures is just ludicrous

The company that formalized the SS took payment of shares @ 2.9.....this again tells me that you don't have much experience with penny stocks, this was all done with a view to strengthen the validation of what they wanted the market to perceive(who's to say they didn't get paid in cash as well)imho

Good luck, but my opinion on this stock has changed momentum as from 3.4 to 1.5 tells its own, VERY TRUTHFUL STORY
