I don't think today's dump was from someone in the know. Could be second guessing that a cap raising is close, or someone who has simply run out of time/patience.
I think the ship is as tight as you'll get it. I won't reveal the reason for that comment, except to say that it's based on a recent event which I'd rather not divulge.
