First of all your claims are without evidence of fact
>> How do you know "both hands where off handlebars" ????
Unless you can show differently then it's simply a false accusation.
The video was caught on a helmet camera if you where trying to imply she was riding holding a video camera ?
"and stopping on the road, putting herself and other road users at risk"
Your unbelievable that goes nowhere.
> she has stopped on the road because she has been knocked off her bloody bike by those action that have already breached laws and hence resulted in the accident.
PS you clearly don't have a very good understanding of law if you are still talking about your refusal to exchange details in the event of an accident, but hey that's your own business although I guess you would prefer to find out the hard way. What you are trying to claim is in direct opposition to laws as they exist.
"Exchange details? For what? Unfortunately no damage to her or the bike, no damage to the taxi, so what was the next step?"
You also actually don't know that - there is no way that any injuries a person sustains can be concluded as "no damage, fine you're right" by the perpetrator of an accident 5 minutes after it's occurred. Often this will be the case but it could also be delayed onset of any injuries hence the importance of exchanging details.
Anyway it's pointless arguing you are obviously fixed in your ways only to say though that they might come back to bite you in the arse if you continue to take that kind of approach forward should you be involved in an accident in the future.
