The whole thing is starting to look like some sort of farce to me. The Ukranians (military) in particular seem to be mostly spineless or time servers. The Russians are running around in obsolescent gear that could be knocked out by a couple of dozen smart guys with RPG launchers at night. They look untrained and unenthusiastic. They look like they are in some sort of a dressups/keystone cops show, but the Kc's were more energetic.
They made no attempt to guard and defend the Eastern border strait. Probably knew how much aerial backup the Russians have. A vacuum in Kiev. No money. No aid.
Never in my born days have I seen a spectacle such as this.
The Russians are such sitting ducks half of them would have fallen to snipers by now if the Ukr had any bottle. No wonder the gold market has lost interest.
