Regarding W27 - think I know what you are getting at. The reason I asked a somewhat impertinent question about your field(s) of expertise was because slippers from research papers that are presented here from time to time - not necessarily by yourself - have data/graphs that are a little arcane. Like you I am really keen to see some good clinical data for CPN10 & IL-6 see the light of day. I worked with the first interleukins (IL-1 & IL2) over 30 years ago - used stone age lab technology compared with todays high tech; IVX has rekindled my interest in this general area. (OT: you may also be interested in researching BLT - I hold). And I'd be interested to know more about information asymmetry.
