Um because we have been down that path before a few years back
everyone saw the money made cycles repeat...how many sold stuff 2 years back thinking it was going to drop..20. to 25. perhaps overpriced l agree but bust is rubbish..dont get me wrong l will buy 10 houses for 50,000 a pop like 95 percent of australia
anyway going to ring up the agent now and say sell sell sell
