Focused on the wrong things which cost us dearly....like TZ not having a proper agreement with Pitney B as supply partner meaning loss of contract and 50% dive in SP, like chasing some casino idea...gambling with our money
Sometimes we worry too much which costs us dearly...like TZ saying the global market was not good...meanwhile our competitors took the view that there's still a market there so let's go after it!
Some things simply take longer to play out....straight from the TZ playbook, always an excuse and after 4 years isn't it wearing a bit thin...so ADAM, TZ SwingHandle etc are just taking longer to play out....do you think our competitors are truly this inept...they must be laughing!
