Surely this is admitting to manipulation of the share price to which I thought an ASIC or ASX should be all over. They should drag SJ and his mates through a court system for the next 2 years like he has done to VMS and Shree...
The lawyers advising SJ etc lack integrity, pick up a cause and feed SJ all they want to keep it going. As a friend of mine who is a lawyer says" as soon as a client says I'm fighting this on principle, all he hears is CHING CHING$$$$$$...While I'm angry the government/ judicial system has let this go on, in a way I feel a bit sad for SJ that he has been used by his legal advisors as a cash generator. he is being used in my view... it's clear the mine will go ahead in the medium term IMHO.
I emailed VMS three days ago asking for an update but haven't got a reply.
