It all reminds me very much of the early days of FMG. Exactly the same type of articles appeared, mainly from the Fairfax press. Andrew Forrest was constantly harangued about his time at failed Anaconda, his moniker was usually 'failed entrepreneur' AF.
The famous 'nothing-but-rusty-nails' tenement is now producing 155mtpa.
They took to Herb Elliott too, making sarcastic remarks about how his running prowess may come in handy as he flees irate FMG shareholders.
But nobody is laughing now, and so it will be with MEJ I expect.
