One would think that it would go without saying, perhaps he's had his integrity and morals questioned in the past? and wants to get in first and assure us he's a good bloke.

Or maybe he's of such High Standards in Integrity and Morals that he has to announce it to let us Know that he's not just of average integrity and morals.

I'm surprised that he has time for Fas, I would have thought he was too busy helping little old ladies across the road and going to church 3 times a week ;)
