Clearly in an uptrend since end of October/start of November at 39.5c Straight gentle line to 50c Only a matter of time before this lifts. I wouldn't count on it being much lower. Any of these prices are good to top up or get involved. When the spot price lifts, which could happen at any time this will jump. I would be very careful.
All it will take is one utility losing their nerve and loading up and you will see spot change big time. Whilst participants play it cool right now self interest will return and see a scramble. Picking that moment may be hard for sure but it will happen.
