Hi Clip, if you are asking me where I got the 5.715:1 consolidation ratio, then that is in their 13 March 2014 announcement on page 3 about half way down.

Farmboy, the 4.36 you are referring to is the ratio of total undiluted company shares to the consolidated MEJ shares. If you flip 4.36 around, i.e. 1/4.36, you get 22.89%. The 22.89% is MEJ's share consolidation's portion of the total company structure.

The share consolidation is still 5.715:1 and this is representative of 1 DigitalBTC share = 5.715 MEJ share.

Also, I do agree that the $0.20 is theoretical, but it gives a starting point.
