yes - bosses are workers too.

Some of them have their houses and other assets on the line - have set up smaller businesses - entrepreneurial, etc - Labor seem to forget these people work hard, long hours, themselves - no entity to support THEM - and they are the ones providing the jobs - lying awake half the night - worrying about how they can keep paying people - the next appointment with the bank manager.

same thing with farmers. The pay check doesn't appear in the fortnightly bank balance, automatically. Heaps of courage essential - and the ability to face, and overcome, their worst fears - the primary daily grind most smaller business owners.

No perks. No Commonwealth cars and drivers. No Union funds protect.

"Those evil bosses" the Labor credo.

As you say - many say - many (most) Labor pollies would not have the first clue about the many physical and mental stresses of setting up, and running, any business or enterprise - having to constantly generate their OWN income - before they generate wages for any other people they have to employ.

Your business doesn't perform. In many cases, many lives, subsequently ruined. Many Labor pollies wouldn't even know the first thing about running a business - came out of (cushy and indulged) high Union ranks, or with irrelevant Uni degrees. Some certificate on a wall.

The Union machine - that's all they have in mind. Always their cozy backstop. And when some of their executive staff are proven crooked - Labor pollies rush to defend them. As did Gillard with Thomson. Because she desperately needed his vote.

Of course there are unprincipled, exploitive bosses. Some employees the same. But bosses find it hard to get rid of some hopeless employee - Unions demand they are retained.

But Labor rattle on and on about "workers". Not a word said about those who have to find the money - and the success and the profits, to be able to afford to pay, and keep these people on. week in - week out. Then when they can't - it's suddenly (somehow) all the fault of Abbott and the LNP.
