I hope for your sake it works out.

No matter how I crunch the numbers I still can't get a NPV equivalent to market cap.

As a guide, I expect imminently pre-production companies to trade at a max of 50% of NPV.

This is why I'm in favour of the debt financing arrangement. It significantly increases NPV, and therefore value.

If this goes over 2 bucks I will short it (purely based on numbers).

Brett, you are setting yourself up for failure with your approach to investing. It's hard enough as is to make money but one-eyed enthusiasm is a certain recipe for disaster.
