Yep Ive bashed many a hire car over that road going for a wave along there. Still dirt and still no bridge.(And still flood prone that side of the river).
There has been a lot of waterfront development on the road to the punt though. They did a massive landfill with canals near the RSL very successful. Someone made a lot of money! Waterfront if thats your thing around 750k
