The finance facility is for the insurance premium funding side of the business. This facility is secured by a registered mortgage debenture over all the assets and undertakings of Centrepoint Premium Funding. In addition,amounts advanced under the receivables finance facility are secured by the partial assignment to the
National Australia Bank of loan contract receivables.
A debt facility is a necessary evil for this side of the business.
I stand corrected on this but believe CAF is well positioned for strong growth with a an armoury of tax and franking credits.
