Buyers far outwiegh sellers - the recent selling has been very small parcels maintaining the price around .40-.45. If there is news, the munch affect should get the adrenaline pumping and the wife off my back. :-)
A good CEO announcement should see an easy $0.20 rise. An IEV contract perhaps another $0.40 on that.
