I doubt we will see any mining until we employ the same tactics as the illegals, apparently brown paper envelopes were handed out around the time of our supposed start up time, while there were still a couple of hundred illegals on site and only a handful of wwi employees to stop any illegal activities with the help of maybe a dozen police, so if you bribe the police on site you could pretty much do as you please i.e fire up the alluvial plant, help yourself to the front end loader, excavator and really crank up some cash flow while the corrupt sit back and rake in the cash.
as they say if you do what you have always done, then you will get what you always got.
