They are buying a house, and expect it to grow like a company.. but sorry its a house, it doesnt do that.
Housing has to be affordable or else it crash's the economy like its doing now.. thats the reality you will learn soon enough when the Australian market does what all markets before it have done in the past, and correct themselves..
