The magistrate is in contempt towards the police who are upholding Australian law for ALL inhabitants regardless of creed, colour or race. The magistrate is also in contempt of the Australian population. How worthless must we and the police be feeling when magistrates favour the offenders on whimsical suggestions that cultural differences precede the law.
I would hate a suicide bomber (who failed) to be in front of this magistrate. Bombings are culturally acceptable in Muslim culture.
