I think the clue could be in the very last pic that Dr. Tanzi has tweeted. In his own words, "From my hotel room in Geneva at Int'l Alzheimer's meeting- beautiful city!"
Beautiful city indeed. Funny how he's focused at the centre of image a huge water fountain shooting high up in the air. Based on Dr. Tanzi's tweets in the past of many metaphors and riddles, I am taking it as a great sign. *wink *wink
