As argued long and hard, the problem is the civil libertarian/left agenda has no shred of commonsense. They oppose Sex Offender legislation because ideologically, it puts their complete raison d'être in absolute jeopardy (well, more than that - their ideology would not compute).

So rather than taking a commonsense approach on principle (each case/topic on its own merit), they have hijacked Western society by turning it's legal systems and constitutions against themselves.

So therefore, Civil Libbers will go to their graves in support of the rights of pedophiles, terrorists etc. - they expect them to be treated like everyone else, when hypocritically, what they are doing is actually discriminating against the rest of society by support these pieces of filth.
