    Thats a fair call Passive, I have always felt the same way, and just when you thought the game was over, off they rip, like free money.

    The worm turned for me late last year, the disparity between incomes and house prices, the disparity between buying prices and yields, and the elephant in the room of low wages growth and unemployment whilst we have emergency level rates.

    I could be wrong, I sold out of a lot of property in the mid 2000's and missed another big leg up, but that was more because I divested into another project. This time I genuinely fear the hurt that the current market will cause to those starting out.
