Let's come right out and say it, Barrick has to be one of the interested parties. Potential suitors must be positioning themselves at this stage, because an offer (of whatever kind) can't possibly be priced until we have a much better idea of what's inside the mountain, so plenty of drilling to come, and the mining licence will have to have been issued.
