re: Ann: Prana announces preliminary results ... I lost a scary ammount of money today. I don't regard it as gone yet simply because the company always said that HD is the fastest route to market and nothing has changed there.
The IMAGINE trial will add 1 year safety data to the mix and the extension trial is on track to add 2 yr safety data.
George the broker did say he didn't regard this trial as a yes-no event, but an opportunity to collect more data. Now PBT2 has an AB42 reduction in the CSF from 2 previous trials, and have just added a second piece of human evidence which is a reduction in the rate of brain atrophy from this small dose, also seen in the Reach2HD trial.
I was surprised no one on the conference call asked if they now consider increasing the dose.
Wish I had taken some profit. I feel sorry for all of us who didn't.
Anyone still think they should not have raised more money while the price was flying.
