longline - no spec for a $ yet. Hi Longline,

I don't expect any serious (or credible at least) speculation on TOX hitting the dollar until the company has completed the planned upgrades and maybe added a couple more acquisitions to the business.

If they manage to do those things with positive effect on the profit, the sp momentum, or direction at least, could be maintained. This would see a steady rise towards 50 cents. The time frame for this does rather depend on profits and the continued perception of a dynamic management fully focused on developing the business.

One other scenario, suggested by the odd poster here and there, is a takeover bid. This comes down to what you, and the management would sell for. Say a serious approach is made to the board by a company with a decent war chest: what price would the buyer have to offer management before they would recommend the deal to shareholders. My uninformed guess is that they would have to give at least a 100% premium to the sp, whatever it is at that time, before any significant numbers would sell.

Say by September, for instance, the sp is trading between 30 and 40 cents (I can dream!), a serious bidder might offer, with management approval, 75cps. I can imagine a scenario where a frenzied trading week or two passes with spikes up to a dollar.

If there is volatility & excitement above 50 cents in the medium term, (within the year) I would be very unlikely to be able to hold my water and not take a (massive massive) profit.

Everything above is completely speculative, with no thought or contemplation of figures and reality, just a scenario untested by reality - but it does seem possible to me.

Sorry for the long winded ramble in response to a "throwaway" comment.

    Kind regards,

    Keith.
