Why 12mnths? My experience is that payment periods are normally ~30-45 days.
Agree with your inference that cash flow neutral @ 750tpm/9000tpa means 2000tpa profit and your maths seems correct.
I'm sure long term holders (sufferers) will be grateful for the re-rate to 50c.
