Good luck getting rid of the Chairman - he controls 12.5% of the company and the top 4 control approx 40% - so me thinks he has the numbers.
I hold no interest in this stock but to be sitting on the cash they have is rather comforting - steady as she goes I say, just ask the others who are trying to raise capital in this market .
