EGM has to confirm the placement of the shares to Sprott. Once this has been done, we can only see the movement in the SP. If the SP has gone ahead too much, then questions will be asked the reason for such a low placement price.
Once this has come to past any confirmation of drilling results will see the SP chase up. Thus a substantial investor like Sprott will truly see the wisdom of their investment. Movement in the SP is more likely to be after the 14th April then before that. This would more likely to be the scenario, others may think different though. The SP at this level looks reasonably low as BGS has made twice the progress however the SP has still gone down 40% from a year ago. Management responsibility has to ensure shareholders wealth not only protected but enhanced.
