hope they can worked out the sticking points amicably.
as I have read the wharf's beef,dont think they were
unreasonable in wanting answers from cm,about the plant
costs spiraling.
personally,i don't mind them resuming as partners,providing
that they pay their way.
both parties should work towards a resolution,without the costly litigation.
if they do...both parties are winners.
other than that,its bonanza time for the lawyers.
