Yes, CR stands for Capital Raising. It is impossible to know what effect this will have on the share price without knowing more about about the acquisition and the potential requirement for capital to be raised.
Broadly speaking, capital raisings are offered at a lower price than the current share price, as a way to entice investors to hand over the $$$. In some cases this can result in the share price lowering closer to the CR price being offered.
Then again, a CR might not even be required. Impossible to know until they update the market.
