The second one is a more comprehensive look at what the pay rates are .

The more you learn and the longer you stay the more you get paid . They are on a competitive salary providing they never have to go to war. The thing i look in the brief i have done now is you need to make sure you know the benefits not the base figure and then compare . I have not looked at their housing assistance etc etc 18 to 28 percent super plus a five percent one they have to add themselves ?

My understanding and have not looked is if they do go to active duty they do not pay tax on that service have not seen this yet though .Fair enough as well.

If im looking at this correctly a basic Recruit - basic training would be on 44153 dollars plus what ever benefits you wanted add in like the uniform one of another six or so hundred etc etc or that they took up or you included into comparing what a civilian doing similar role would be payiny and paid .

Apparently the best paid soldiers in the world are the Canadians ?
