I agree with Cmon, looks good at face value and i bought more yesterday but even so reading the PSc ann its about as clear as drilling mud, for example from the ann the 1st key term:
"US$25 million plus a carry with a 50% participating interest of US$80 million for the project spread over Phases 1 & 2"
What does that mean in plain English, what does 'plus a carry' mean & I presume they are buying 50% of an $80 million dollar project but not exactly sure for how much apart from at least $25million.
