I think it's been said before, but really have to say this is a very positive/ optimistic discussion to be involved in.

What I'd like to see is the management team taking the lead and defer loans, or transfer in to equity. I'm not sure of the mechanics there, but symbolically it will give confidence to the shareholders and the market alike. If they're willing to front up some more, then it goes a long way in letting the broader community know how serious they are.

Just my thoughts, and happy to hear otherwise.
